Booking a horse riding holiday through Equus Trails could not be simpler…
Once you have chosen your riding holiday then complete our Booking Form and either scan and email or post the booking form to us along with your deposit. We will then confirm your booking and send you an invoice for the holiday final payment which must be paid at least 12 weeks prior to departure. Upon payment we will send you all of the necessary details including transfer details, contact details etc.

We accept payment via cheque or bank transfer… We will accept credit and debit cards but we have to add a surcharge for this as imposed by the banks upon us! By far the easiest, most straight forward is a bank transfer. This can be done online if you have online banking, through your bank or you can pay a cheque/cash directly into our account.
For your financial security all payments received will be deposited into our trust account where your money will remain until you RETURN from your holiday. This is, in our opinion, the most secure way of ensuring that, in the unlikely event of Equus Trails entering financial difficulties, your money will remain secure.
